30-day money-back guarantee

We want you to feel confident about your investment in your recovery. After Rehab offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial payment date.

Free trial

New subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. You can cancel any time before the trial ends from the Subscription screen in the app and you will not be billed.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which is the Merchant of Record for all After Rehab orders. To request a refund:

  • Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used to subscribe; or
  • Contact support with your order reference and we will help you process the refund.

Renewals

For subscription renewals (after your first billing period), refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We're a small team and we want to do right by people who are recovering — if a renewal caught you by surprise, please reach out.

Refund processing

Once a refund is approved, it is typically returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
